Commercial Work
Sandra’s film career began in 1984 studying with independent corporate and documentary film company, Take One Productions. She then transitioned into feature films as a Production Assistant on projects such as, “Rain Man”, “Short Circuit”, and “A Tiger’s Tale” in Los Angeles. She then moved into Television, working on Movies Of the Week and TV Series where she proved her skills as a Production Secretary and Second Assistant Director. Working for studios Paramount, Lyons Gate, Universal, Warner Brothers, Dream Works, etc, she continued to advance her film career.
Eventually she became the Production Manager and Producer on National Television Commercials with award winning director Eric Saarinen at Plum Productions in Santa Monica. Clients and products included, Budweiser, Reebok, Chevrolet, Tostitos, Met Life, Ford, Mountain Dew, Coke, Pepsi, etc… Working with Plum Productions for over 15 years filming the majority of Eric Saarinen’s extraordinary commercials she established herself as a valued Producer. Executing all aspects of filming from budgets, locations, travel, creative conceptualization and client relations.
